Before the goods is shipped or manufactured, we allow order cancellations. If your order is canceled, you will receive a complete refund. If the goods has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.

How do I return?

If you are not totally happy with your purchase for some reason, you can contact [email protected] Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It has to be in its original box as well. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Steps of return:

  1. To begin your return/exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with a return address.
  2. Drop off your parcel with a note indicating the cause for return and your contact information(name, address, phone number, and email address) at any USPS office.
  3. Your refund/exchange gets processed as soon as the item arrives back at our facility.

Missing or late refunds

Check your bank account again if you haven’t gotten a refund yet.
Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account. The next step is to contact your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.
